Posters
Present a Poster at PracticalMEEG
We’re committed to making our poster sessions as valuable as possible, and aim to create a relaxed atmosphere where presenters can share their work and receive constructive feedback. This welcoming space is appropriate for studies at any stage and presenters at any point in their career journey.
Your Poster
Adjust the way your poster is presented depending on the stage of your study. Use the framework introduced at CuttingEEG 2021. See below.
Surprises
To foster exchanges and socialisation we are cooking a few surprises. It is not because it is serious that it can’t be fun, and we are serious about being fun.
Guidelines
Submission : Upon registration for the event. Abstract submissions will be processed on a rolling basis and reviewed promptly. Conflicts of interest should be stated explicitly on the poster, and no primarily promotional communication will be accepted.
Deadline : Upon registration, at the latest Sept.15th
Process : All posters will be displayed onsite over three days (Oct. 28-30), during lunch time: from 12.30am to 2pm (CET).
Poster size : Portrait oriented 137x90cm.

Progression categories
We propose to follow the framework introduced at CuttingEEG 2021. Therefore, depending on the progression stage of your work you can choose to register your abstract in one of three categories: Planned study, Collected data or Analyzed data.
This year you just have to select one category and add the corresponding logo on your poster (copy it below). For more details on the rationale and to help you choose see the poster page of CuttingEEG 2021.

PLANNED STUDIES (i)
At the time of submission your study is planned (protocol, projected analyses…) and you may refine it for the conference but not yet implement it.

COLLECTED DATA (ii)
At the time of submission the data has been collected and you may partially/fully analyze the data by the time of the conference.

ANALYZED DATA (iii)
At the time of the submission the data are partially/fully analyzed and will be fully analyzed at the time of the conference.
