About

The Verona Garden builds on the success of the previous Italian edition in Genova, continuing to foster collaboration in M/EEG and multimodal neuroimaging. This year’s program will focus on Open Science, EEG-TMS, basic and clinical M/EEG, and cutting-edge AI methods, combining lectures, hands-on sessions and scientific discussions within the broader international CuttingGardens initiative.

Venue - How to reach the Verona Garden

The Garden will take place at the Polo Santa Marta of the University of Verona (Via Cantarane, 24).

Located in a renovated historic building near Verona’s city center, the campus offers modern facilities and an outstanding setting for international scientific exchange. The event will be held in lecture hall IMT.01 on the ground floor. Directions to the room will be available at the entrance of the building.

In line with CuttingEEG’s sustainability principles, we invite all participants to bring a reusable water bottle with them and help us reduce our use of single-use plastic.

Coming by TRAIN

Verona can be easily reached by train, with direct high-speed and regional connections from major Italian cities. The main railway station is Verona Porta Nuova. From Verona Porta Nuova station, Polo Santa Marta can be reached in approximately 25 minutes by public bus (ATV lines 11, 12, 13, or 52; stop: Porta Vescovo) followed by a short walk. The conference venue is also conveniently located near Verona Porta Vescovo railway station, which can be reached by several regional services and is only a short walk from Polo Santa Marta.

Coming by CAR

Participants arriving by car should take the Verona Sud exit from the A4 highway and follow signs toward Verona Centro. Due to ongoing urban transport works in the area, traffic conditions and parking availability may vary. Public transport is therefore recommended whenever possible. Nearby parking facilities include Porta Vescovo and Parcheggio Centro, all within a 10–20 minute walk of the venue.

Coming by PLANE

The nearest airport is Verona Villafranca Airport (Valerio Catullo), located approximately 12 km from the city centre. The airport is connected to Verona Porta Nuova railway station by a regular shuttle bus service
