About
The Kraków Garden is organized by researchers from Jagiellonian University and will focus on integrating the M/EEG research community throughout Kraków and the whole Poland. This will be a full 5-day in-person event with a balance between scientific presentations and social events allowing for easy networking and having fun.

Local Speakers/Teachers
Registration : July 15th - September 15th
Registration will be available through an online form for active and passive participation. Participants register individually with confirmation of acceptance sent through email after verification.
Poster instructions
Poster session will take place on Wednesday and will overlap with the lunch break. All posters should be in the A0 format.
Registration fee
Participants will be required to pay a 50€ fee covering costs of the global organization of CuttingGardens. A limited number of fee waivers will be available.
Venue - How to reach the Kraków Garden

The event will take place in the Institute of Psychology of Jagiellonian University that is located on its 2nd campus, neighbouring many other academic institutions, and in a walking distance from the historical city centre of Kraków.
Coming to Kraków
Kraków is a tourist hub with a wide range of flight connections through the city Airport, as well as train and bus connections from all major cities in Poland. They arrive at the Central Station which is close to the historical centre and various means of public transit.
To reach the Institute of Psychology (Ingardena 6 Street), You can take trams number 8 or 14 (“Cichy Kącik” destination), the nearest tram stop is called “Oleandry”. You can also reach it by multiple bus lines with the closest bus stop being “AGH / UR”, “Muzeum Narodowe”, and “Cracovia Błonia”.
Accommodation
Kraków has a vast base of hotels, hostels, and private apartments for short-term rent, but we recommend making reservations as early as You can as the prices and availability can change quickly.
