This form is to attend the Brussels Garden only. Please complete the form on this website first. You will then receive payment instructions via email. Once your payment is processed and confirmed, your ticket will be issued and sent to you automatically.

The registration is handled according to first-come, first-served principle.

Poster instructions

The poster must be in vertical A0 format, following the categories introduced at CuttingEEG 2021

Registration fee

The registration fee is €130, which includes lunches, coffee breaks, and the €50 CuttingEEG association part.

 

Venue - How to reach the Brussels Garden

The conference will be held in the Salle Dupréel at the Solbosh Campus of the Université libre de Bruxelles.

The campus is highly accessible via public transportation: Tram 7 stops at Cambre-Étoile, while Trams 8 and 25 stop at Buyl, all within a short walking distance of the venue.

Please enter the building by the main entrance located Avenue Jeanne 44.
