The program will follow a three-day format. Each day combines a scientific symposium with short talks, and poster sessions with hands-on tutorials on EEG tools, including practical sessions.

The registration is handled according to first-come, first-served principle.



Poster instructions

Participants can submit a poster abstract (maximum 300 words) during registration. Posters will be presented during dedicated sessions with extended interaction time. Submission is text-based; no file upload is required at this stage.

Posters should be prepared in vertical (portrait) format with an A0 size (84.1 cm x 119.8 cm). Posters exceeding these dimensions cannot be accommodated on the boards.



Registration fee

The registration fee is 300 €, including the registration to the Garden in Barcelona (250 €) and the global organisation fee for CuttingEEG (50 €)
